Person-Centred Approach

When I begin my work with a new client, I usually start by giving them a simple outline of how I work as a Person-Centred counsellor.

My work is founded on the principles of Carl Rogers and the Person-Centred Approach and I embrace and work within these values.

I believe in the positive nature of all human beings. Everyone strives to do the best for themselves, even in the worst situations.

Child and Young People Therapy

It is my priority to make sure I build a safe and trusting relationship with all  young people so they feel confident exploring their difficulties.

Children and young people experience challenges in their lives too and sometimes need help to overcome them.
